Add or remove keywords for a categorized picture

1. On the Insert menu, click Clip Art.
   
   
2. Locate the preview of the picture by browsing categories or typing keywords.
   
   
3. Right-click the preview, and then click Clip Properties.
   
   
4. Click the Keywords tab and then add or remove keywords.
